Our construction company served as the Construction Manager for this 150-beds hospital, located in the northern part of Albuquerqe, NM. Extensive on-site work, including pilings, was required for this project. We've faced a brutal winter weather, along with the hospital location along the Rio Grande shoreline. Though such forces of nature challenged the construction team, we managed to build the project few weeks ahead of the schedule!

About

Begin with a thorough consultation to understand Kathy's lifestyle, preferences, and vision for her terrace. Discuss how she intends to use the space – whether it’s for dining, entertaining, gardening, or relaxation. Theme and Atmosphere: Personalized Theme: Tailor the design to reflect Kathy’s unique style and tastes. This could range from contemporary and minimalist to rustic or Mediterranean-inspired, depending on her preferences. Ambiance: Create a welcoming ambiance with a carefully selected color palette, lighting, and decor that aligns with the terrace’s intended use and complements the surrounding environment. Layout and Functional Zones: Space Optimization: Design a layout that optimizes the terrace’s space while defining distinct functional zones. Consider areas for dining, lounging, gardening, and possibly a small workstation or hobby area if desired. Flow and Accessibility: Ensure ease of movement between different zones and provide ample seating options for guests to socialize or relax comfortably. Furniture and Decor: Outdoor Furniture: Select durable and weather-resistant furniture pieces that match Kathy’s style and enhance the terrace’s functionality. This may include dining sets, lounge chairs, sofas, benches, and outdoor storage solutions. Decorative Accents: Incorporate decorative elements such as cushions, throw pillows, rugs, and outdoor curtains to add comfort, color, and personality to the space. Choose materials that can withstand outdoor conditions while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
